On Saturday, November 5th, UCLA provided school groups throughout Southern California with free tickets to the football game between the UCLA Bruins and Arizona State Sun Devils.  During the game, students were immersed in Bruin traditions like the UCLA Eight Clap and helped cheer the team on to victory!

While at the college fair that was held prior to the game, students were given educational materials and had the opportunity to speak with academic counselors about getting ready for college.  The fair also included carnival games, a DJ, and give-away items.  Students even had the opportunity to get autographs from student athletes.

Our students were excited to join the crowd of 65,000 fans and fellow students and represented HSA with pride, enthusiasm, and discipline.   Go Wolves...and Bruins! 

We are so grateful to have been a part of the "I'm Going to College" program and would like to thank the staff and students at UCLA who work so hard to make this and other related events throughout the year possible.

A special thanks to all of the dedicated HSA teachers who helped chaperone the trip and made it even more fun and impactful for our students!
