52 HSA students traveled to the Pasadena Convention Center on Thursday, March 31st to join thousands of fellow students and parents from throughout Southern California in gathering information and resources that will help them reach their college goals.

The fair, which was free to attendees, gave students the opportunity to meet one-on-one with over 200 representatives from a vast array of colleges and university across the country.  They discussed important issues including entrance requirements, application deadlines, available majors, campus life, and financial aid.  These topics were also featured in workshops held throughout the day.  

Students were also provided with brochures, catalogs and other materials that will aid them in selecting their path.

"The kids were blown away by the number of colleges and all of the different programs they offer," shared HSA Work-Based Learning Coordinator Erin Stryffeler, who helped to chaperone the trip.  "It really encouraged them to explore new options and opportunities."
