¡Welcome to Spanish 2! This course is designed to help students develop the fundamental and basic skills of second language acquisition in Spanish. Throughout the class we will discuss why learning Spanish is a key component of being successful and necessary in our society and the world. All of the activities and lessons in class will be closely aligned with the six major components of the Spanish language: reading, writing, speaking, listening, culture, and grammar. Through the mastery of these skills you will be able to communicate efficiently and effectively in Spanish, ultimately preparing you for Spanish III, higher second language acquisition, and the future.
