To save time on this last round of games.
We are asking that you have the scholars parent sign one blank field trip slip.
The day of the game you will fill out a copy of the signed field trip with all the information for that trip.
you will scan that filled out form to mezquita and take the copies with you.
for the next trip you will put the new information for the new trip and scan to myself thank you.
